Pastor Suzanne was called as Trinity's seventh pastor; she began serving at Trinity in June of 2018. She is a graduate of Lancaster Theological Seminary, where she was awarded the Edith and Robert T. Fauth prize for Demonstrating Academic Excellence* (April 2016) and the Raymond W. Albright Prize in History"" (May 2017). As part of her studies, Pastor Suzanne also successfully completed one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) at Christiana Care Health Systems in Newark, Delaware.
Prior to pursuing her call to ministry, Pastor Suzanne compiled significant life and work experience, including graduating with honors from Delaware Technical and Community College with an Associates Degree in Applied Science in Human Services, graduating with honors from Wilmington University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Behavioral Science, and holding positions as domestic violence advocate, legal secretary for a private attorney, legal secretary for the State legislature, and Master Family Services Specialist with the Delaware Division of Family Services (Child Protective Services investigations).
Pastor Suzanne was born and raised in Berlin, Germany; she came to the United States in 1994. She lived in Colorado and Maryland before moving to Delaware in 2003 to take care of her spouses father, who has since passed. Since June 2018, Pastor Suzanne resides with her spouse Peg Schwarz-Green and their many pets in Collegeville. They also have an adult son and are proud grandparents.
