Please note that only persons who have been members of Trinity for at least 6 months are able to volunteer to directly work with the children in our care for Sunday School or VBS. You may however help with set up, break down, or other "behind the scenes" support.

Trinity’s UCC’s VBS is run by volunteers. Activities will take place inside the church facilities and outside on Church property.

Children attending VBS must be potty-trained. Children with exceptional needs or who require special assistance may need to be accompanied by an adult for the entirety of the VBS, Please contact the church and speak to Pastor Suzanne for further information.

Food may be provided by volunteers in the congregation. Parents of children with food allergies are highly encouraged to examine the food options, and to speak with the volunteer chef as needed. Parents with remaining allergy concerns may bring homemade meals or make arrangements as needed. Please disclose all food and other allergies on this form, even if you are bringing food for your child.

Photographs will be taken during VBS, which may be used in slideshows and also on Trinity’s website. If you do not want your child’s photo to be used, please inform the VBS coordinators upon checking the child into the VBS.

By checking below, I indicate that I have read, understand, and agree with the above statements. I also state that I am a legal guardian of the registered child(ren) and that I give permission for the child to participate in Trinity Reformed UCC’s VBS. I release Trinity UCC from any liability relating to injury resulting from participation.

I hereby give the volunteer staff permission to provide first aid or to do what is necessary to seek medical services for my child. I will inform Trinity UCC’s VBS coordinators of any special requirements or concerns relating to my child’s participation.
